THE ONLY COST WAS PLUMBING PIPES AND FITTINGS AND NEODYMIUM IRON BORON MAGNETS. AND A FEW TACK WELDS. ALL UNDER 40 US DOLLARS. MY SHOP BATTERIES STAY CHARGED FOR MY CB RADIO AND 12 VDC FLOURESENT LIGHT. I USE THEN A COUPLE OF HOURS A DAY. ABOUT 50 SECONDS INTO THE VIDEO A GUST OF WIND COMES UP AND YOU GET TO SEE THE AUTOMATIS FURLING MECHANISM WORK. THE BLADES AND THE TAIL GET PARRALEL WITH EACH OTHER AS IT KIND OF FOLDS UP. THE LENGTH AND WEIGHY OF THE TAIL GOVERN THE WIND SPEED IN WHICH THE BLADES ARE TO FULLY FURL. OPEN VOLTAGE IS AROUND 45 VDC AT MID TO FULL FURL.
